IV administration

IV product only.

Further dilute to a final volume of 250 mL. Gently mix bag, do not shake.

Infuse over 60 minutes via a 0.2 micron low protein binding filter.

Other routes of administration

IM: Not recommended.

SC: Suitable: SC product only. Give undiluted. Do not shake. Rotate injection sites.

Sodium chloride 0.9%

Observe closely for anaphylactic reactions.

Refrigerate, do not freeze.

Protect from light during storage.

Discard any unused vial contents.
