Reconstitute to 25 mg/mL using the silicone-free syringe provided. Reconstitute with 10 mL added slowly down vial wall. Do not use vial if vacuum is not present. Gently rotate and swirl vial to dissolve. Do not shake. Once completely dissolved, vent the vial with a needle to dissipate any foam.
For SC administration:
Prefilled syringe and autoinjector
125 mg/mL (volume: 1 mL)
IV administration
Powder for reconstitution only
Further dilute to 10 mg/mL or weaker and infuse over 30 or 60 minutes via a 0.2 – 1.2 micron low protein binding in-line filter.
Other routes of administration
IM: Not recommended.
SC: Suitable. Prefilled syringes or autoinjectors only.

Additional information
Observe closely for anaphylactic reactions.
Solution should be clear, colourless to pale yellow.
Refrigerate, do not freeze.
Protect from light during storage.
Discard any unused vial contents
