Reconstitute with 1 mL water for injections. Slowly add diluent towards the wall of the vial and swirl gently to mix. Do not shake.
IV administration
Dilute with a compatible fluid to a minimum concentration of 10 microgram/mL. Do not shake. Give over 2 to 4 hours, or over 24 hours. Refer to local guidelines.
Other routes of administration
IM: Not recommended.
SC: Suitable. Give reconstituted solution undiluted.

Additional information
Observe closely for anaphylactic reactions.
Infusion related reactions: Respiratory distress, hypoxia, syncope, flushing, hypotension and/or tachycardia may occur following the first administration in a cycle and usually resolves with symptomatic treatment. Recurrence is unlikely in the same treatment cycle.
Acute symptoms such as dyspnoea may require a rate reduction of infusion by 50%. If symptoms persist or worsen after rate reduction, discontinue the infusion. Further infusions may be administered at standard doses with close monitoring.
Refrigerate, do not freeze.
Discard any unused vial contents.
Protect from light during storage.
