Reconstitute to 1.5 mg/mL for IV administration. Swirl gently to dissolve. Do not shake.

Further dilute to 50 mL sodium chloride 0.9% and give over 30 minutes.

Additional information
Rasburicase interferes with uric acid analysis. Collect blood in heparin-containing pre-chilled tubes, which are immediately immersed in ice/water bath. Samples must be analysed as soon as possible and within 4 hours of collection.
Refrigerate, do not freeze.
Protect from light during storage.
