Prepare as per product information.

IV administration

Dilute to 5 mg/mL or weaker and infuse over at least 10 to 30 minutes.

Maximum concentration if necessary: 60 mg/mL which is stable for 4 hours in a compatible fluid.

In emergency situations, use 50 mg/mL solution and give over at least 30 seconds.

Other routes of administration

IM: Suitable. Reconstitute to 50 mg/mL and inject undiluted. Avoid injection into deltoid muscle.

SC: Not recommended.
