Strength

2 mg/mL (volume: 50 mL, 100 mL, 200 mL)

IV administration

Use undiluted and give over at least 1 hour.

Doses greater than 8 mg/kg: give over 2 hours.

Maximum rate: 200 mg/hour.

Other routes of administration

IM: Not recommended.

SC: Not recommended.
