Water for injections provided 1 mL 25 mg/mL

Attach the vial adaptor to the syringe and reconstitute vial with 1 mL water for injections provided, injecting slowly into vial to reduce foaming. Some foaming will occur; this is normal. Swirl gently, do not shake. Stand for 10 minutes until the solution becomes clear. Draw up the dose in the syringe, discard the vial adaptor, and replace with needle for injection.
