Presentation and preparation

Reconstitute to 10 mg/mL for IV administration.

IV administration

Do not administer without further dilution.

Dilute to 0.1 to 1 mg/mL and give over 1 to 4 hours.

Maximum infusion rate: 100 mg/hour of a 0.5 mg/mL solution.

Other routes of administration

IM: Contraindicated.

SC: Contraindicated.
