IV administration

Give undiluted over at least 1 minute.

High doses should be diluted to a practical volume and infused over at least 15 minutes or by continuous infusion.

Other routes of administration

IM: Suitable. Give undiluted.

SC: Suitable. Give by intermittent injection or continuous subcutaneous infusion.
