IV administration
Use undiluted or dilute to a convenient volume and give over at least 3 minutes.
Can dilute to 10 mg/mL or weaker and give as a continuous infusion.
Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting: Dilute to 10 mg/mL or weaker and infuse over 30 minutes.
Other routes of administration
IM: Suitable. Give undiluted.
SC: Suitable. Give by intermittent injection or continuous subcutaneous infusion. If required, dilute to 10 mg/mL or weaker.
