IV administration
Give undiluted or dilute to 1 mg/mL and give over 1 hour, preferably via a large vein.

Additional information
Observe closely for anaphylactic reactions.
Extravasation risk.
Ensure adequate hydration.
Protect from light during storage.
Discard any unused vial or infusion bag contents.
Solution should be clear and colourless or slightly yellow.
