Vials contain a significant amount of overage; 50 mg vials contain 3 mL of powder volume and 70 mg vials contain 4.2 mL of powder volume.
Allow vial to come to room temperature before reconstitution. Reconstitute with 10.5 mL to provide a 5.2 mg/mL (50 mg vial) or 7.2 mg/mL (70 mg vial) solution. Gently rotate the vial until a clear solution is obtained. Do not shake. Further dilute immediately for infusion.
IV administration
Do not administer without further dilution. Dilute to 0.5 mg/mL or weaker and infuse over 1 hour.
Other routes of administration
IM: Not recommended.
SC: Not recommended.

Additional information
Reconstituted vial is stable for 1 hour.
Discard any unused vial contents.
