Reconstitute with 5 mL of the water for injections provided. Shake gently to dissolve the powder.
IV administration
Give undiluted over 10 minutes or further dilute to 400 microgram/mL or weaker and infuse over 20 – 30 minutes.
Other routes of administration
IM: Not recommended.
SC: Not recommended.

Additional information
Observe closely for anaphylactic reactions.
Rapid IV infusion is associated with nausea, vomiting and injection site pain.
Refrigerate, do not freeze.
Reconstituted solution should be clear or opalescent and colourless.
