Reconstitute to 100 mg/mL. Shake vial until completely dissolved.
IV administration
Further dilute prior to administration.
Dilute to 2 mg/mL and give over 1 hour.
Or dilute to 1 mg/mL and give over 3 hours.
CoPAT Administration:
Stable at 1 to 2 mg/mL for 24 hours at 30°C.
Other routes of administration
IM: Not recommended.
SC: Not recommended.
