Presentation and preparation

Reconstitute to 25 mg/mL using the silicone-free, latex-free syringe provided. Slowly add diluent towards the wall of the vial and gently rotate to wet the powder. Do not use vial if vacuum is not present. Swirl and gently rotate vial to dissolve. Do not shake. Once completely dissolved, vent the vial with a needle to dissipate any foam.
For SC administration:
Prefilled autoinjector, prefilled syringe:

IV administration
Powder for reconstitution only:
Do not administer without further dilution.
Further dilute to 10 mg/mL or weaker and infuse over 30 or 60 minutes via a 0.2 to 1.2 micron low protein binding in-line filter. Gently invert the bag to mix, do not shake.
Use only the silicone-free, latex-free syringe provided. If a standard syringe containing silicone is used during preparation, do not administer and contact pharmacy.
Use an IV bag for administration.
Other routes of administration
IM: Not recommended.
SC: Suitable. Prefilled autoinjectors or syringes only: Refer to relevant local guideline or Patient/Caregiver Instructions for Use booklet.

Additional information
Observe closely for anaphylactic reactions.
For IV use and first dose SC: Use only when facilities for cardiac monitoring and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation exist.
Refrigerate, do not freeze.
Solution should be clear, colourless to pale yellow.
Discard any unused vial contents.
Protect from light during storage.
