Strength

250 mg/mL (volume: 2 mL)

IV administration

Dilute to 5 mg/mL or weaker and infuse over 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Neonates and infants: Dilute to 5 mg/mL or weaker and infuse over 1 – 2 hours.

Maximum concentration if necessary: 10 mg/mL.

Other routes of administration

IM: Suitable. Give undiluted.

SC: Not recommended.
